- Mileage allowance if required to travel to work locations
- Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Essential attributes:
- High level of physical fitness. A walk up a mountain could be our commute to work before completing a full days labour so candidates MUST have the stamina and endurance for this.
- RESILIENCE. We work in remote locations, exposed to the elements often working at high altitude so be prepared to work in wet and cold conditions.
- Good interpersonal communication skills and working and living for periods in a small team

- Full driving license
- On the job training will be given however any experience in upland path construction or as a labourer is beneficial
- An environment and countryside management qualification.
- You are located in the west of Scotland, greater Glasgow area or Northern Ireland
- CPCS Card Holder – 360 Excavator
- First Aider
Working patterns:
We work across Scotland and Ireland in remote areas so working away from home is common.
Our typical working patterns are:
- 2 weeks away, 1 week at home when working in Ireland (weekend in between are days off)
- Monday to Friday working if on a Scotland/UK Mainland contract.
