Who We Are
Hamiltons is a civil contractor that specialises in footpath builds and habitat restoration.
Since the company’s inception in 2018, we have been working continuously to deliver high quality footpaths and restoration works throughout Scotland and Ireland.
To date, we have worked with the likes of National Trust, Forestry and Land Scotland, Ulster Wildlife, Breedon Group, Outdoor Access Trust for Scotland, Mourne Heritage Trust, Nevis Partnership and Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park Authority

Our Goal
​Hamiltons was founded on our passion for our country's outdoors, respect for our environment and our desire to protect, maintain and restore paths and habitats that have been enjoyed for generations and inspired so many for years to come.
Protecting the Environment
The vast majority of locations we work on are protected sites with various protection orders.
We work in line with UPAG industry standards and any planning constraints stipulated to ensure the protection of sensitive environments.
We have extensive experience of building close to historic monuments, (such as the Neolithic burial mound on Slieve Gullion), SAC, UNESCO Geoparks and SSSI sites.
